Leadership from Within is a process of reconnecting to your purpose and learning how to sustain yourself in demanding, value‑driven work.
Through feminist and trauma-sensitive coaching, we explore self-leadership, emotional regulation, and boundaries — so you can stay grounded, even in times of uncertainty, conflict, or overload.
Focus:
empowerment, resilience, emotional literacy, and trauma‑aware growth.
Real change begins from within – when leaders, educators, and changemakers cultivate inner stability and self‑awareness to navigate complexity, responsibility, and emotional load with calm and clarity.
My approach is informed by MHPSS and Psychological First Aid (PFA) principles: recognising distress early, responding with care, and building everyday practices that support psychosocial wellbeing – without entering the realm of diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Examples of what we can do together:
- Trauma‑informed leadership coaching for NGO leaders, coordinators, and project managers.
- Burnout and secondary trauma prevention for staff working with crisis, migration, violence, or GBV.
- Conflict coaching focused on role clarity, boundaries, and emotional overload.
- Reflection spaces and small‑group journeys for activists, educators, and migrant women leaders.
Typical formats:
- 1:1 coaching and psychosocial support for women, leaders, coordinators, and change‑makers.
- Small group journeys and reflection spaces for activists, educators, and NGO staff.
- One‑day or weekend „retreats“ focusing on boundaries, resilience, and meaning in work with high emotional load.
You’ll gain:
- a clearer sense of direction and more grounded decision‑making in demanding, value‑driven roles
- renewed energy and a more sustainable balance between work, activism, and rest
- stronger boundaries and resilience, and practical tools for maintaining psychosocial wellbeing in emotionally demanding contexts (such as human rights, migration, or GBV work)
Ideal for:
- leaders, educators, and professionals working in social impact, education, or NGO sectors
- especially women and gender‑diverse people, people with migration backgrounds, and those working in fields such as human rights, migration, gender equality, or GBV, who carry high emotional and ethical responsibility in their daily work
