Within • With • World – human-centred transformation

Transforming how we lead, work, and live together — from inner awareness to collective action.

I support mission‑driven people and organisations in navigating stress, conflict, and complexity by integrating peace education, human rights, and trauma‑aware leadership into everyday practice.
My work is grounded in principles of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), with a strong focus on NGOs – especially those working on human rights, migration, and gender justice – as well as feminist movements, migrant communities, and other social‑impact initiatives.

Who am I:

I’m a facilitator, coach, and educator working at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and feminist leadership – with deep roots in NGO practice. For more than two decades, I’ve supported individuals, teams, and organisations across Europe in navigating stress, conflict, and collaboration in contexts such as human rights, migration, gender equality, and education.

My background in anthropology, political science, and humanitarian law, combined with years of hands-on NGO leadership, has taught me one simple truth:

Sustainable change begins when people feel seen, safe, and connected — to themselves, to others, and to their purpose.

That belief is at the heart of 3W.

What I do:

Human‑centred transformation across people, teams, and civil society.

I work at the intersection of peace education, human rights, and trauma‑aware leadership, supporting individuals and organisations who operate under high emotional and ethical pressure – particularly in NGOs, education, and community‑based work. My work focuses on how stress, conflict, cultural difference, and responsibility shape leadership, collaboration, and learning – and how we can respond in ways that are sustainable, inclusive, and humane.

I draw on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Psychological First Aid (PFA) principles to strengthen psychosocial wellbeing, safety, and dignity in non‑clinical settings, always within a rights‑based and feminist framework.

The 3W Framework

WITHIN – Coaching & Psychosocial Support

Trauma‑aware coaching and self‑leadership for regulation, resilience, and boundaries in demanding NGO and social‑impact roles.

WITH – Conflict & Team Support

Conflict‑sensitive, intercultural facilitation for teams under stress – communication, trust, and shared leadership in value‑driven organisations.

WORLD – Learning & Dialogue

Peace, human‑rights, gender and MHPSS‑informed education and train‑the‑trainer programmes for NGOs, educators, and community initiatives.

Who I work with:

I work with leaders, educators, and teams in:

  • NGOs and civil‑society organisations, especially in the fields of human rights, migration, peace, and gender equality.
  • Feminist and women‑led organisations, migrant‑led initiatives, and grassroots groups.
  • Educational institutions and community projects that engage with democracy, inclusion, and social justice.

I also support women and gender‑diverse people in leadership, self‑employment, and social entrepreneurship – including migrant women who are building businesses or initiatives at the intersection of economic independence and social impact.

Why It’s different:

Transformation that unites ethics, care and effectiveness.

  • Integrates peace and human‑rights principles into leadership, communication, and team culture, rather than treating them as separate project topics.
  • Combines intercultural competence with trauma‑aware and feminist practice, with specific experience in migration, GBV, and gender equality contexts.
  • Addresses burnout, conflict, and emotional labour in value‑driven work, using MHPSS‑informed approaches without offering therapy.
  • Works across levels – individual, relational, and societal – for lasting impact, rooted in 20+ years of NGO, education, and human‑rights‑based experience across Europe.

How we can work together:

Collaboration, not consultancy.

Every organisation and leader has their own rhythm of change.
Together, we co-create pathways that combine structure with care — from one-off facilitation to long-term development partnerships.

Because peace isn’t a state — it’s a practice.
