Within • With • World — Human-centred transformation
Who I am
I’m a facilitator, consultant, and educator working at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and feminist leadership – with deep roots in NGO practice. For more than two decades I’ve supported individuals, teams, and organisations across Europe in navigating stress, conflict, and collaboration in contexts such as human rights, migration, gender equality, and education.
My background in anthropology, political science, and humanitarian law, combined with years of hands-on NGO leadership, has taught me one simple truth:
Sustainable change begins when people feel seen, safe, and connected — to themselves, to others, and to their purpose.
That belief is at the heart of 3W.

My approach
I bring together methods from peace education, mediation, and intercultural dialogue with MHPSS‑informed psychosocial support tools, organisational insight, and feminist leadership. Every collaboration begins with curiosity and empathy, and grows through honest reflection, structured processes, and creative learning formats.
My facilitation style is:
– Trauma‑aware and inclusive – balancing care and accountability.
– Participatory and reflective – everyone’s perspective matters.
– Systemic and practical – linking vision to everyday action.
– Intercultural and feminist – recognising power, context, and lived experience.
Whether we work one‑to‑one, in teams, or across organisations, my aim is to help you align values, relationships, and structures so your work feels both effective and humane – and so that people can do difficult, meaningful work without burning out.
Why I do this
I believe that peace is not a distant ideal – it’s a daily practice. It shows up in how we make decisions, lead meetings, design policies, respond to distress, and hold space for each other, especially in times of crisis or tension.
3W exists to make that practice visible and accessible – to help people and organisations live their principles, not just state them, and to bring human rights, gender justice, and psychosocial care into the everyday fabric of social‑change work.
Let’s connect
If you’re exploring new ways to lead, teach, or collaborate — let’s talk.
Together we can design processes that bring clarity, empathy, and purpose back into your work.
