Who we are
corelab is a consultancy and learning studio for social impact work, founded in Berlin by Asia Wojtarowicz and working internationally, on site and online. Asia leads every assignment herself. When a brief needs more — an evaluator with specific regional knowledge, a subject specialist, a second facilitator for a large group — she brings in experienced independent consultants from her professional network. Clients get one accountable lead and the right team for the job.

Why we do this
We believe that peace is not a distant ideal – it’s a daily practice. It shows up in how we make decisions, lead meetings, design policies, respond to distress, and hold space for each other, especially in times of crisis or tension.
3W exists to make that practice visible and accessible – to help people and organisations live their principles, not just state them, and to bring human rights, gender justice, and psychosocial care into the everyday fabric of social‑change work.
The founder
Asia Wojtarowicz
Asia is a facilitator, consultant, educator and project manager working at the intersection of human rights, peacebuilding, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and feminist leadership – with deep roots in NGO practice. For more than two decades she has been working with various actors in contexts such as human rights, migration, gender equality, informal education, protection, social policy and humanitarian work.
Training and facilitation run through all of it: she has designed and delivered workshops, trainings and learning programmes for practitioners, managers, educators and community members, and has moderated and coorganised side events at the United Nations.
She coordinated the national Migration Councelling for Adult Immigrants (MBE) programme at the German Red Cross federal office and led projects at the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture (ERIAC), DaMigra and other organisations. In 2022 she coordinated emergency aid in Poland for people fleeing the war in Ukraine, particularly third-country nationals: accommodation, relocation, evacuation, medical transport and monitoring of trafficking risks. She founded and chairs AFRIW e.V., which works on women’s rights, protection and peace.
Asia developed the 3W framework and rootwork method, which applies organisational change tools to personal leadership. The method originated in her LeadHerShip programme for women.
She holds an MA in Political Science (Intercultural Integration Management) and a BA in Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, is certified in EU fundraising and project management, change management and organisational development, and mediation.
She works in English, German and Polish.
Her educational background combined with years of hands-on NGO leadership, has taught her one simple truth:
Sustainable change begins when people feel seen, safe, and connected — to themselves, to others, and to their purpose.
